Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be available on request, subject to availability.
Guests have access to the home and outdoor spaces. The basement is not accessible to guests. The home has stairs, and the full bathroom is upstairs.
Dogs & the backyard +
Up to 3 dogs are allowed, each up to 50 lb, at $90 per dog per stay. For more dogs, larger dogs, or other animals, approval is required before booking.
The backyard is only three-quarters fenced and is not fully enclosed.
Occupancy & quiet hours +
A maximum of 7 registered guests may stay. Visitors must be disclosed and approved in advance. Parties, reunions, events, and gatherings are not permitted.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use. No candles, incense, or fireworks. Reservations must be made by a guest who is staying at the home.
